- Guarantee: Creative Plant Design, Inc. guarantees all plants. Any plant which lose its decorative value while under our exclusive care will be replaced by CPD with a plant of equal value at no additional cost to you beyond your fixed monthly maintenance fee.

We have a quarterly quality control program, in which our service managers walk your site (on unexpected days) and give grades for the plant care technicians job performance. These grades are based on health and cleanliness of plants, appearance of plants and containers, disease control, trimming and pruning techniques, top dressing/ moss and overall design. Each plant care professional is then given a quarterly bonus based on these grades. This gives them the incentive to make your plants look their best at all times.
